Why is it that so many athletes either don’t return to sport post injury, or come back feeling underprepared and lacking confidence?
Because there is such a large gap between doing exercises at home or in the gym, to returning to training and sport at a high level.
The integrated approach of our Sports Rehab Program encourages a seamless transition between the two, by building a resilient base then gradually exposing our athletes to the demands of their sport, both in the gym and on the field.
Led and coached by Physiotherapists and S&C’s, our sports rehab program focuses on what you CAN DO and keeps you on track with:
- 1:1 Physiotherapy sessions in clinic to assess, provide hands on treatment and progress your return to play plan.
- VALD performance testing to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Individually programmed gym sessions coached by Physiotherapists, meaning that you get immediate feedback and technique correction all in a safe and supportive environment.
- On-field sessions reintroducing running and progressively building on speed, acceleration, change of direction and confidence to return to the demands of your sport.
- Unlimited access to our rehab team – never be unsure with what, when and how to complete your rehab with unlimited access to our physios.
